As a working mom, one of the things I appreciated most was how easy and convenient the whole process was. The platform is very easy to use, and I loved that I could simply log in with my Google account and receive email notifications throughout the process. From booking, to being assigned a cleaner, to communicating my preferences and arranging access to my home, everything felt very straightforward and flexible. I was also very impressed with how accommodating the team was. I had to change my cleaning date and they were able to work with me without making the process stressful. The biggest highlight for me was coming home from my trip to a sparkling clean house! I wasn’t even home while the cleaning was being done, so I really appreciated the trust and professionalism. Nothing was missing or out of place, and my cleaner, Carmen, did a wonderful job. My dishes were washed, my bed was made, and the mirrors throughout my home were so clean and shiny that they looked almost invisible!
